One senior — sometimes principal — Process Intelligence consultant joins your team. They plan with your process mining team — or become the centre of excellence (CoE) if you don't have one yet — and own the work that makes process mining pay off: process discovery, analysis, and optimization at the core; data pipelines, models, dashboards, and monitoring underneath; adoption training, process maturity evaluation, business cases, and budget defense around it.

Solution Architect supervision is included by default. So is access to T1A's full PI team — colleagues with hands-on experience across every major process mining platform and major data source system. If a task goes well beyond our expertise, we can call in T1A's neighboring practices: Data Engineering, Salesforce, Data Science.

We have hands-on experience across every major process mining solution — Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform, ABBYY Timeline, Mindzie, and others. We do not push one tool over another. Your existing platform choice is the starting point — and if you don't have one yet, we can help you choose well.

The IT ↔ business bridge

Tasks like "validate a KPI with the business team, then go to IT to get the data" are where projects often stall. The embedded consultant speaks both languages — fluent with stakeholders and with the data warehouse team — which removes the gap that causes delays. Typical processes (P2P, O2C, AP, finance, supply chain, production, back-office) and unique specific ones get the same treatment.

Strong data engineering

Databricks, Snowflake, SAS, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Salesforce. "The data is bad and we can't build a usable model" is exactly where we work. Engagements take whatever shape your team needs. Two weeks for a scan, three months for a focused adoption sprint, or as long as the work is genuinely useful to you. Our experience runs from one-month engagements to four-year partnerships and counting. Scope adapts to your needs, capacity, budget, and goals, and is revisited monthly or quarterly depending on the engagement type.

Certifications are renewed annually, not earned once and forgotten. We have active, close partnerships with the major PM vendors — staying current with product changes and sharing feedback regularly, both ways.

How quickly can you start?

Typically the day the agreement is signed — we work alongside you through onboarding to make it as smooth and fast as possible. The piece that needs advance planning is consultant availability, so flagging us early helps us match the right person.

What's the smallest engagement you'll take?

Quick Scan at €16,000 fixed (about two weeks), or a Team Boost engagement at 0.5 FTE for three months. We don't take engagements smaller than that — there isn't enough room to make a meaningful difference, and the ramp-up cost outweighs the value.

What does an embedded engagement cost per month?

Prices on this site are indicative — we use them so you can ballpark. The actual offer comes after we discuss your specific case, scope, and what you actually need. Quick Scan is a fixed-price product. Everything else is typically time-and-materials with monthly minimums, but it can be wrapped into a fixed offer if your case calls for it.

Which platforms do you cover?

Our primary process mining platforms — where we have the deepest hands-on experience — are Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform, Mindzie, and ABBYY Timeline. If you run something else, let's still talk; we have likely worked with it too and we are not limited to these four. For data platforms and source systems, we have extensive experience with SAP solutions (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, and others), Microsoft solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI, and others), and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Data Fabric). We support custom and legacy systems as well — over 20 different source platforms across our engagements, some of them quite rare.

Which processes have you worked with?

Across many: P2P (Procurement), O2C (Order Management), AP / AR (Accounts Payable / Receivable), Hiring, ITSM, Customer Onboarding, Customer Claims, Production, Warehouse Management — and more. The work generalizes — if your process produces event data, we have most likely modeled something close to it.

Where are your consultants based?

Our consultants are regularly available in Belgrade, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Lisbon. Most engagements are remote; on-site or hybrid visits are common and often valuable. Travel is billed at cost.

What languages do you work in?

English is the working language for every engagement. Several of our consultants additionally work in German, Russian, or Serbian if that is useful for specific stakeholders or workshop formats.

Can we pause or stop the engagement if our budget changes?

Yes — engagements can flex with your needs and budget. We typically ask for at least a month's notice for a pause or stop, so we can wrap up cleanly and hand things over to your team. Capability transfer is part of every engagement — even during a pause, the value stays with your team.

Where this is and isn't a fit

We are full-stack senior process mining specialists with years of hands-on experience and a strong data background — strategic and execution-capable in the same person. Not staff augmentation: typical augmentation gives you one technology or one task type, while our consultants work end-to-end across the stack and bring T1A's frameworks and Solution Architect supervision. Not tech support only — the value is strategic and capability-building, not reactive firefighting.

We are careful about each client's confidentiality. Existing clients are deliberately not named on this page; during a discovery call we can share anonymized engagement patterns. Named references can be arranged where we have explicit client permission.
